What are cookies?

When you visit our website, we use cookies to collect certain information that does not identify you personally but provides us with usage data, such as the number of visitors we receive or what pages are visited most often or how people navigate our site. This data helps us analyze and improve the usefulness of the information we provide online. We do not collect information about your specific use on the site or track what you view.

IP Addresses

We use IP addresses to collect aggregate information about numbers of visitors and site usage. An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) whenever you access the Internet. This number may be the same each time you access the Internet or it may change. The address is logged on our server when your computer requests information. We do not link your IP address with personal information about you. (We reserve the right, however, to use IP addresses to identify any individuals who threaten our site, service or customers.)

Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook pixel technology on our website. The Facebook pixel is code that helps us track the effectiveness of Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to people who interact with our website. If you use Facebook, you can check out all your Facebook ad settings by clicking here. You have the ability to opt out of all Facebook advertising or limit what data Facebook collects about you.

Forms

Our website contains forms through which users may request information or supply feedback to us. In some cases, telephone numbers, email addresses or return addresses are required so that we can supply requested information to you.

After you fill out a form, we may contact you with follow-up information. We do not provide any information supplied on our web forms to any outside organization for any reason (other than where we may be required to by law, or as necessary to process credit card information on our bill pay site).

I want to delete all the cookies!

You can delete our cookies (or any other website’s cookies) at any time. The “help” section, located on the toolbar of most browsers (we know a link to each help section would be very useful, but those links are always changing) will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Since cookies allow you to take full advantage of many websites’ best features, we recommend that you leave them turned on for trusted websites.
